Porn is nasty stuff. It supports criminals, degrades women, distorts the nature of sex, and should not be a part of your life at any age.

Usually it's easier to replace a bad habit with a good habit instead of just trying to get rid of the bad habit, So find something you can do instead of watching porn, something that you will enjoy in a non-sexual way or that makes you feel good about yourself. Maybe go running or shoot baskets. Maybe during the time of day when you're used to watching porn, arrange to do some serious volunteer work. Set a goal of two extra A's on your next report card and study hard at the library instead of coming home and turning on the smut.

Don't let porn control you -- you need to get in charge of your own life and how you spend it. Porn is really unhealthy and teaches guys to regard females as objects instead of treating them as equal human beings, and it sets totally unreal expectations (such as how big a penis is supposed to be -- the ones on porn are mostly digitally enhanced). Breaking this bad habit is an important way to earn some real self-respect.

You could consider getting a filter on your computer (something like NetNanny) that will make it harder to access the filthy stuff. BTW, porn sites are very likely to give you a computer virus.

Keep at it even if you slip a few times. You are a valuable person, and you should spend your time doing things that make you proud of yourself, not watching some sicko sex stuff. Sex is beautiful at the right time with the right person. Don't let porn pollute it for you.

well depends on how obsess you are with it... I mean if you are not a perv who watch porn 24 for hours... if you watch it sometimes it's fine...

hmm...

stop watching it? whenever you feel the need to watch it turn on the history channel or something? train yourself out of it.

This is a moral question. Yes, you can quit. But first you need to recognize that porn is addictive. You need help and from my perspective, that can best be found at Church. If you don't like that avenue, then ask your doctor to recommend professional counciling, specifically for this addiction.

Oh yes, it's not only normal to try to quit, it's healthy!

Perseverance and good luck.

trying to quit is a good idea

succeeding is great

I've quit a number of times

Why stop?

it all depeneds if you want to do it........stop watching it and when u feel u need to watch it just watch it for a little while and get yourself to doing that

Dont push play........

Find another hobby. Collecting stamps, cards, playing video games, buying a motorcycle.

block it on your computer.
