Nah.. there are no rules like that. Take every chance you get.... is a reasonable rule of thumb... every day won't kill you... so it comes down to a question of personal choices. Just make sure it doesnt interfere with your ability to socialise.. I mean.. if you find yourself saying your wont come out and play because you are thinking of staying home to masturbate... then you need help.

You should masturbate as often as you need to.
For some guys that 4 times a day. For others it's once every other week. If you're constantly horny and can't concentrate on anything but sex, it's probably time to masturbate so you can get on with life and think about other things.
A schedule that works for me is once in the shower every morning. Sometimes I'll get another in right before I go to bed.
it takes 2-3 days to replace the sperm you lose every time so i'd say wait three days then go have fun then wait three days ect. . .
