At first, it will hurt the girl or boy who's *** you are using, but that hole stretches. The pain can be minimized by getting their hole stretched a little first with your finger(s). Use lots of lube, and play with the hole. I shouldn't really hurt your penis, and will actually feel pretty good if your properly lubed.
Of course modern safety says you should always use a condom for anal sex. Be careful and take it slow.
