Why does my hands shake?!

Question: Shakiness can be caused by any number of things, for instance:

Alcohol or benzodiazepine withdrawal
Prozac or other antidepressants
Low blood sugar
Anxiety
Feeling cold

Essential tremor is another - this is a familial trait you inherit. There's not really a known cause, but it can be treated with a low dose of a beta-blocker drug like propranolol.

There are probably many other potential causes, but these are the first that come to mind. If you provide more information about your condition we might be able to give you a better or more specific answer.

It does not sound like an allergic response if this is the only symptom.

it could be as one of the side effects from your inhalator.....it is very common...i think u should contact ur doctor about it and see if he needs to change anything in ur therapy.
However, if u have that for as long as u can remember than it might be MANY things.....not eating well? not resting well? stress? Essntioal Tremors (runs in the family)...etc etc....

Well, anyway if u need someone to talk to or ask anything more feel free to send me mail:
