Like most guys I grew up wearing briefs. In Jr. High I switched to boxers. When I was 19 I went to boxer briefs, and like those the best of all 3. Sometimes I'll wear boxers if all the boxerbriefs are dirty and I don't feel like doing laundry.
Which is "best"? They're all fine, it's just a personal preference. Unless you're over 40, don't wear briefs.
I used to buy fruit of the loom cottons for my husband, but I suppose any cotton ones you buy at Walmart would be good.
