That's normal, semen comes in a wide variety of colors, ranging from shades of whitish to yellowish, and gray does indeed fall into that category. Dripping is common too, it's just how some guys are. Some shoot far, some spurt, and some drip or drizzle. All are normal, and you just seem t be a dripper. Don't worry about it and just enjoy life.
