Expand on the question A bit more for a more aqurate answer, for me I can emit a smell so rancid I wanna spew, its my farts when I eat figs, they come hot like their hot and wet. Now that is bad.

Depends on where it's coming from. Is it bad breath in the morning, a one-way hole after using the bathroom, or peeing after eating asparagus?
