Your feet are big but you are also tall for your age. I suspect you have grown big feet to support an even taller and stockier frame that will come in the near future.
They would be considered big for your age, YES. It is though not a problem and can say that my feet were also big for my age, but my feet stopped growing at a size 12. It may be likely you will have 13 or even 14 size shoe.
