My testicles make me feel uncomfortable everytime i wear pants!!!?!
Question: Please suggest me to solve the problem of my appearance. I think my testicles are larger than others and it is difficult to make flat at front when i wear my pants (resulting not very nice appearance) .
Please suggest me any options to tackle this problem either by surgical operations or wearing something.

try wearing compression underwear or don't wear anyunderwear at all, underwear adds bulk to your ''area'' and can be annoying compression underwear makes everything flat and fits tight, but seriously try no underwear it feels better, hope this advice helps!
I had a friend who complain about this too... after checks with doctors... they found out he was putting on weight which result his thighs to squeeze his tecticles out... solution: lose the weight.
Get a sex change.
try wearing baggier pants w/ briefs not boxers this should solve your problem
