Let me explain, Just like many people have said, the white "stuff" is called semen. It is produced in your testicles, or "balls" as well as your prostate gland (which gives the coloring of white milky fluid. In your testicles the sperm is produced, which basically, during sexual intercourse, forms a baby with the coming together of both sperm (male sex fluid) and an egg (female). Now what you did during the night is called a "wet dream" in slang. Your body wanted to get rid of the semen. You possibly have been sexually aroused lately (a normal thing in early years). Now you body, since i take it you have not mastrubuted (ill get to that later) decided to release the sexual tension by realeasing the semen in an ejaculation (the shooting of semen out of your penis). This is all normal especially at your age. As many have said it is a sign of starting puberty.
Now this can be prevented from happening at night again, by masturbating. Normally males rub their penis at night with cream until you have another ejaculation, the shooting of semen.
