Help please. I have a lump on the bottom of my left testicle??!

Question: Ok. Around last december I went to the doctors to discover that I had hydrocele. In july this year I had an operation to get it removed and all was well. My urologist (sergeon) Said that my testi will hang high for quite a while. I felt my tesi today and its still quite high but i think maybe gradually dropping but this isnt my problem. I have a kinda really small bump at the bottom of my left testi which wasnt there before my operation. I think its kinda where the scar is where he stitched me back up as it feels asif it is on the same area/line.

please help tho cause i am really worried n i dont rly wanna go back n show the doctor cause it rly embarising :(

btw im 15 yrs old

Just temporary scar tissue..give yourself time to heal. sometimes takes awhile..The lump may be permanent..I have several where incisions have been made. If it becomes inflamed or painful..see your Dr. Good luck

it is probably scar tissue where he removed the lump. it would be really occuard to have another one develop so quickly after operation.
but if it bothers you so much than you can go back to your urologist.
what is good though is that hydroceles are not malignant (do not cause cancer)

Let your testis unswollen before you panic.
