How to gain weight?!


Question: Get into a routine, its gonna be hard work but thats what it takes to gain weight...especially if you find it harder than others to gain weight.

The things you will want to eat will mainly contain carbs (rice, pasta, bread) and protein (fish, eggs, meat).

Eat AT LEAST 6 meals a day with 3 hrs in between them. So for example, eat at 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm, then 10pm, then sleep straight away. Eat something before you goto sleep because that is when your body slows down. It may be hard at first cause at times you won't be hungry but your stomach will soon adapt to these regular meals...and soon enough you'll be hungry every 3 hrs. It is important that you do not miss a meal...they don't have to be large meals.

Having 6 smaller meals during the day instead of 3 large meals is more benficial cause your stomach is constantly digesting food which will help you gain weight.

Workout 3 times per week minimum on your arms for example by lifting weights. Go for a heavier load rather than light weights cause thats how you get bigger muscles. After a strength workout (like lifting weights), eat foods with protein straight after to speed your recovery from your workout...your muscle grows during rest from the workout. However,If you did a cardiovascular workout (like jogging, or playing a sport) then eat carbs straight after.

You can add a kg per week...I don't know what that is in lbs.

You could use protein shakes as a meal which contains protein but I've personally never used it before. I heard they taste bad though

simple, eat carbs more than you burn :) but if you are an ectomorph (naturally skinny, fast metabolism), try working out and lift some weights to develop muscle...

eat, eat, eat- workout and lift! Take protein supplements. Drink water!!!!

you need to know how much
we need to know your BMI
we need to know if your male or female
if you exercise or not.

but ill be as generic as I can.

the best way to gain weight in a healthy way is doing a organized weight lifting regiment and sticking with it.
keep a diet high in protein (protein shakes, peanut butter, tuna, beans)
keep your metabolism running so eat 4 meals a day (not huge ones)
stay away from fatty foods cause that will be the kind of weight you don't want to put on.

eat many many food

Go to your local GNC store and buy some whey protein it's a shake...and you can choose the flavors it's pretty good plus you'll gain weight in a matter of weeks me 2 weeks 9 pounds ask and employee which protein supplement would be right for you..

eat more fatty food and eat sleep eat sleep and always sit on chair 1 weeks ago...you see your stomatch and all body i belive will gain weight
