slightly above your weight range..only by a few punds but nothing too serious. plus you have to throw off a few pounds from shoes and clothes.

what your doing must be working cause you sound healthy

No

A little not alot

no, that is about the average weight of a 68 year old
no need to worry

wtf? No How are you over weight?

i would not consider this to be overweight for your height.

No- but \try to exercise a bit...eat a little healthier. Xmas is hard to do that...but perhaps after!

no

Nope.I once dated a 6-foot tall dude that weighed 200 lbs and he was pretty sexy..of course he was 17...

I'm 6'2" and 240lbs. Trust me, you probably look like a super model next to my fat butt.

no but i would consider running/walking daily, just to make sure you don't become overweight.

Your only 12 stone 12 pounds so no your not over weight.

According to my BMI (body mass index) calculator, you are at a perfectly normal weight.

no...but it all depends on how you carry your weight...like someone that's 6 foot 160 can look different if they work out regularly and thus, they are more tone. Look up "BMI chart" on yahoo. I usually go by this scale to make sure I am still in a healthy weight range.

For 63 years old, I would not say your overweight. If your happy and comfortable with yourself, don't bother trying to loose weight. But I guess a little exercise and eating healthier never hurts.

i hear this question alot, you know i kinda feal it is stupid. For starts it has more to do with dimensions, i know a guy who is 270lbs and 5'10 but all his weight is in his arms. if you have a gut, then yeah you are fat. i weigh 235 but i have a 42" stomach, if you are active then yeah you are doing good.

consider you overweight - no.

no - you're fine
