Question: i trimmed my pubic hair, and now it itches. why? and how do i relieve the itch?

Simply put, the hair does not lie in the same direction it used to, and the follicles are being stimulated, so they itch. Within a few days to a week, the follicles will be "used" to the way the hair now lies and it won't itch so much.

It is a change, and because we are so used to feeling a certain way, we usually notice when something is different. As long as you don't keep scratching at it, you will probably get used to it soon , then you won't feel a sensation of itching any longer. I had a girlfriend who was totally into shaved p u b e s, and I shaved my area. It itched like hell! After awhile, I didn't experience the itching sensation, even after having stubble and shaving again.My body and mind got used to it.
