I'm thirty three and my penis has been exactly the same size since I was around twelve, so it probably just grew to it's full size. Stop measuring your weiner everyday, it's not that important. weiners are just too small and that's it. girls like it anyways, it's partially the teasing factor that keeps things going. If you please a woman fully, she will loose interest in you immediately. There's not much left to explore right?
