Penis Problem?!

Question: Ok, the question isn't nearly as funny as it sounds. I think I might have broken or at least damaged my penis somehow. I don't have any trouble getting erections other than the usual dysfunction caused by effexor (venlafaxine) an antidepressant I'm taking but my penis which is usually 6 inches long when erect and no less than 3 when not seems to one be shrinking and two when its 'kind of erect' it just 'droops'. I don't know if you can picture this but like the hook of an umbrella handle it simply just leans and falls over from the middle like its snapped or something, what could it be? It's never been like that before.

The shaft of the penis is comprised of two chambers of spongy tissue, the corpora cavernosa, which run along the inside length of the penis. Erections occur when, in response to physical and/or mental triggers, the nerves of the penis signal the surrounding muscles to relax, allowing blood to pour into the corpora cavernosa. A thick membrane surrounding the corpora cavernosa, the tunica albuginea, keeps the blood that is being pumped into those spongy chambers from being able to escape. The result
