Anyways, will the sensetivity of the head go away? Because I exposed the head while the penis was erect and I put some underwear on and Oh MY GOD did it feel is painful/sensitive.

I had it done when I was 20 and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. It's a minor procedure and soon you'll get used to it. The ultra sensitivity of the head rubbing against your clothes will go away.
Does this effect sex? People somehow seem to confuse sensitivity with orgasm and the overall sexual experience. Although my penis became less sensitive (NOT a bad thing) it is still sensitive and I still get the same sexual pleasure from touch. Nothing turns me on more than my exposed glans being caressed by a woman. Something that's quite impossible to do when uncircumcised. Since I've been cut, I have gotten more stamina and more control. The orgasm itself has become a more intense experience. Sex simply feels great being circumcised and has gotten better!
My brother had it done later in life and was really sore but it does go away! You'll be good as new in no time.
The tenderness will go away..........and some of the sensitivity while having sex as well.
If you do get cut I would recommend just having the overhang cut so you will still have something over most of the head at least when its soft. That would take care of the pain full sensitivity, and should cure your phimosis problem. The sensitivity would go away in time. But by the time your 50 your penis will be so desensitized you'll be lucky to even get an erection.
I was circumcised at 18 and you need a week to really get used to it! There is no lose, what happens is it will desensitize when the head is dry, but once it gets lubed you will have plenty of sensativity! I would get cut again in a NY second! There is nothing positive being uncircumcised! It's been 10yrs and sex is still 100% better! When the time came for my boy's (1&3) there was no doubt they were getting the snip!
