No, not possible.
In order for James to get Peter's semen inside his penis, he would more or less have to actually force it in there, and even if he did, by the time he got with his girlfriend the viability of Peter's sperm (inside of James' penis) would probably be nonexistent.
(Maybe James' girlfriend just had an affair and that explains why her baby has no resemblance to him, lol!)

The only place the semen could go would be the very tip of the urethra, hole in penis, or the top of the penis. And if you got semen on your penis, you would know. Then if you had sex, it would have to be within 1 hour in a perfect temperature condition. If you use protection during sex, it wont happen, and it probably wouldnt happen anyway. First off men dont ejaculate in public toliets, i hope. Second, you would feel or see the semen on your penis and get it off before having sex, third the sperm would be able to surive, unless the man ejaculates you get his sperm on your penis and then you have sex with her all in like 5 minutes. Plus, the sperm that forms with the egg, would have more of a chance of being yours, since your semen would be more than his. Not possible...sperm can only live outside the body for about 10-15 minutes unless cryogenically frozen.
Sperm do not live for very long after being ejaculated, so it is highly unlikely that James could impregnate his girlfriend with Peter's semen.
