I've been having some lower back pain, any simple exercises to help strength!

that is what happened to me just don't run for a week or jog.. start out with normal stretches then once you start loosing pain than every day just do it one step out of time.. I have back problems like back spasms and some other kind of back thing. it may hurt but it is worth it it helped me a lot because i couldn't even walk it was so painful... Still now my back hurts me when i walk or run.. and i play football and baseball so i just had to deal with the pain...
If you are in sports just go to your Athletic trainer.. my trainer helped me a lot and i bet yours can to.

Hmm...Use a heating pad + pain killers = Worked for my dad.
