Question: I'm looking to start using organic, environmentally friendly hygiene products. What brands make organics; what are the safest; who is the most environmental conscious? From body washes to shampoos, what should an adult person use to lessen their footstep thru hygiene.

Tom's of Maine has a lot of oral hygene things,
J.A.S.O.N is a natural shower suplies co. Many drug store cary these items. You can get them at wal*mart and target too I'm sure.
And they shouldn't be too expencive.
And, of course, you can never forget Burt's Bees. They make everything. They have many diferent types of washing, oral care even make up products that are good for the invironment and you :)
Again you can get these things at CVS drug stores and some grocery stores. And there is always online shopping you can do

My husband really likes Dr. Bonners almond soap, his label is weird but the soap is very gentle and safe for your skin and the enviroment. Please add your skin type and such and is your hair oily etc. so we can properly help you. If you have short hair though he just uses that because he has a buzz cut as shampoo too.
There are a couple of really good companies. I love Kiss My Face- they make everything under the sun- and are all natural, as well as Tom's.
