if fertility is not an issue and YOU ARE SURE. Then time it right with her ovulation for one, have her keep your load in there instead of jumping up and cleaning off right away, and go go go.
How exactly do you know fertility isn't a problem? I'd say, if you knew this for sure, you'd also know why she's not getting pregnant. Go to a doctor to be sure.
