Question: I've noticed that after an hour or longer of either having intercourse (or masturbating for that matter), and only stopping for a minute or so to regain stamina, the testicles are a bit oversensitive the following day. Is it bad to hold sperm on for such periods of time? Or what could be causing them to hurt, especially the bottom part when it touches the underwear. Thanks.

Actually, this is QUITE NORMAL. Most guys refer to this situation as "blue balls" and it can range from a slight sensitivity to being really painful whether or not you actually ejaculated. The cause is the buildup of sperm that you accumulated from being sexually excited for an extended period of time. The same sensation can also be caused by boys who deplete their reserve. It's just the testicles coming back to normal in both cases and your bodies way of saying take it easy for a bit while we catch back up. If the pain continues for more than a day or two, then you may be concerned with checking in with your doctor as something like bruising may have occured. But in most cases it resolves itself with a little bit of time. This is definitely a man's question that women don't know much about.
Why would you ask that question on this site and not seek the attention of your Doctor???

I know if I had balls and they were in pain, I'd high tail it to my doctor as soon as possible....
