I suffer from delayed ejaculation?!

Question: I'm sure some guys might be thinking, I'd LOVE to be able to last forever...but trust me--it's your worst nightmare.

I can only orgasm through masturbation and not sex. My girlfriend gets sore after about 30 minutes of active thrusting and she's started to question whether I'm attracted to her or not.

How can I treat this "condition"? Do I have to re-train myself to orgasm through sex?

First, off, you have to figure out if the problem is physiological or psychological. Let's do physiology first:

Are you taking any medications? One of the most common side effects of SSRI medication (Prozac, Paxil, Celexa, etc) is anorgasmia (i.e., not being able to orgasm) or as is your case, needing a LOT of stimulation in order to do so. There are a lot of medications that can help. One I have heard of is yohimbine. This is the active ingredient in yohimbe bark. Don't run out to the GNC to get some, yohimbine comes in prescription strengths - you don't know what you're getting with the supplements or how much of the active yohimbine. Ejaculation is a result of alpha-1 receptors and yohimbine is an alpha-1 agonist. Of course, it also can cause transient hypertension, so if you already have high blood pressure, this is bad. SSRI's are only one of the meds that can cause this, so ask your GP or go to a urologist.

How long has this been going on for? All your life that you've been sexually active, or did it start at some point in time? Was this point coincident with any physical problem or psychological event (death of someone close to you, divorce, etc.)?

Also, how often do you masturbate? If more than once every day or two, you could be overstimulating yourself - there is only so much gas in the tank, so to speak. Also, you can generate more speed, tightness, and friction with your hand than through intercourse - you may have become accustomed to a level of stimulation a woman can't match. Maybe declare a week moratorium on masturbation and sex, and see if that helps (or less than a week, if you can't make it :-)

Of course, you could always ask your girlfriend to try PC contractions during sex - so called Kegel exercises. She can practice this whenever, and if she clenches during sex, it will constrict her vagina and perhaps squeeze tighter.

Finally, if there is no physical solution, seeing a sex therapist or psychiatrist might be helpful. Not to imply that you are mentally ill, but this is obviously impacting your life, and an expert opinion might be in order.

dont want to hear about it

You can use **** ring, get it at sex shop,

Maybe you should see a sex therapist, its all in your head.

You need to talk to your Doctor. You might need to be seen by a urologist.
Good Luck.

Consider it a blessing. Believe you me , its NOT the guys who'd love it to last forever !

Do you have pre before thrusting? sometimes, it may help...
I think you need to re-train yourself to orgasm through sex with your girlfriend help. But not others cause it may bring diff type of disease which is not worth it to try for.

Sounds like you are "circumcised"; you might consider non-surgical foreskin "restoration". It has helped me and others overcome (pun intended) our problems with delayed orgasm or even anorgasmia (inability to orgasm from intercourse).

The problem is that most of the nerves that you were born with were cut away. If you were a girl it would have been illegal.
