We'll start with the bowel movement (crap). From a healthy medical perspective, you should be having at least one good movement a day. This signifies that your body is working well and elminating excess waste appropriately. But it is not uncommon for boys to retain their movements when active or playing alot. That's not to say they shouldn't find the time to at least try everyday. Setting up a routine is healthy, like sitting down every morning after you wake up, or at night after dinner. Having one or two movements a day of solid (not hard) stool is a sign of a healthy diet and body.

Now as to your peeing 8 times a day the real question is what color your urine is. If you pee clear then you are properly hydrated and things are fine. From a health standpoint you should be drinking half your weight in ounces of WATER a day. So if you are 100 pounds, you should really be drinking 50 ounces of water. Most americans are consistently dehydrated which leads a huge mass of health complications the least of which are diabetes and heart disease. Your body is mostly water and needs water to continually function properly and most importantly flush out the toxins that we continually accumulate. If you are peeing yellow, the darker it is, the less healthy it is. Darker urine is a sign of high salt/toxicity levels in your body most often caused by eating or drinking high sugar drinks like soda or eating process foods like fast food.

There's a lot you can tell about how healthy your body is by noticing what's going out. Generally you want your poop to float and not be stinky (relatively speaking) and your urine to be clear. If they aren't take a look at what you are eating. Making those little changes now will make a huge difference in your health later on in life. You may only be 13, but most adult eating habits are set in stone by the time most people reach their mid teens. And here in America, most people are simply eating themselves to death.

Good question for someone your age!!

you drink too much and eat tool little.
find a happy medium :)

NO

do you drink a lot of water or fluids? if not thats not and you should tell your parents.

Do you drink alot? If so it's ok

no. You should poop everyday

for some people it is. if you are uncomfortable then try eating more fiber

No, eat more fiber

The 8 pee pees you take daily are in the normal range (albeit on the high end), but I think you are full of crap.

I'm sure you are just fine..... :)
Are you drinkning a lot of fluids? That will do it.......the pooping part -- I was like that for YEARS. Maybe someone in the medical profession will help answer for you too -- there are some doctors who get on here (you can tell) and nurses who have dealt with all this stuff too. Obviously, I'm not a guy -- but I've raised two boys....who are now men (and both of them also had blood in their urine at your age which turned out to be VERY NORMAL for the 'age' - so just in case that happens too, don't freak out over it. Hope this helps...

u should crap every day

As long as nothing looks wrong, and you get at least 8 large glasses or more of water a day, you should be fine. If it bothers you, speak to your doctor, or to a nurse.

You drink WAY too much pop. It can eventually cause cancer.

You seem to be taking in enough fluids. And if you're on a high-fibre diet but don't poop often, you might not be eating enough. You shouldn't keep these things floating in your belly too long, it's very unhealthy. If it's been 2 days and you haven't been to the loo, just drink a big glass of water and go sit in the toilet. It should all come naturally (don't forget the book to pass time).

It's because you drink more than you eat eat more and you will have equal or near equal.
