He will probably get better if he just goes to the doctor. You will get a lot of guesses here and they may or may not be right. Tell him not to be embarrassed as he has no reason to be. Doctors see so many things. I will pray for him. The sooner he goes, the sooner it will go away.

IF it is jock itch, baby powder will only keep the area dry.
The jock itch fungus may cause a rash on the upper and inner thighs, the armpits, and the area just underneath the breasts Many people with tinea cruris also have athlete's foot.
Most likely, your doctor will prescribe a topical antifungal treatment for you to apply once or twice a day for at least two weeks. If you have athlete's foot, your doctor should treat that as well. Untreated athlete's foot can cause jock itch to return.

Because jock itch commonly comes back, you need to be extra cautious. You can apply powder daily to help keep the area dry. The itching can be alleviated with an over-the-counter treatment such as Sarna lotion. You also should avoid hot baths and tight-fitting clothing. Men should wear boxer shorts rather than briefs.

Jock itch, chaffing.

He's an idiot if he's embarrassed about a stupid rash. How immature! Do you really want this man to raise your kids? Yes, there IS a problem with your fiance, he's a complete nut.

try baby powder, and something for jock itch

get him to put lotio on 1 that will stop it chafing with his trousers and if that doesnt help tell him to bite the bullet and see the doctor he shoudl put health before anything else and the doctor has seen it all before

Sounds like he sweats to much there. Try Gold Bond powder. It is meant for such as this.

You can get tinea on your feet .. it's a fungus. When you put your undies on... the tinea fungus can hitch a ride upwards. Check out his toes for tinea. You use the same treatment for jock itch... a specialised powder for tinea.

It could also be a heat rash if he has been doing a lot of running or whatever.

Baby powder is not a good solution. It dries out the skin which is not what he needs.. it will make a rash worse and the powder will cause irritation of the rash and possible infection.... Use cammomile lotion if it is a heat rash.

the clap, your fiance's a whore...

Usually the skin of the penis is not involved, with heat rash. Sorry to say, but it could possibly be an outbreak of herpes?
If it scabs over, it probably is - see a dr. and get tested.
