Sounds to me as if you have plenty but chances are at your young age it will grow more. Can't say how much more if any but odds are that you could be the stud of the school locker room. When you do use it use it wisely it is fun to play with but remember it can also change your life if you are not careful where you put it. Enjoy your life.
No one knows for sure how long it will get. It might grow, it might not. It's a decent size. Width is very good.

Research shows that every teen on here over-rates their penis size by at least two inches anyway, so at 4", your are average for your age.
