I knew a person like that . It is rare today as the anger people are disappearing. You were trained with anger and sex. You spleen loads up for the event but the spleen makes you feel lousy when full. The adrenaline releases millions of red cells into the blood stream and you feel wonderful but are very dangerous. Need to train the spleen to release the cells another way . The doctor can confirm you blood count changes and give you medication. It used to be called venting the spleen.
