i made a compleate urine analyis i have nil salts nil puss cell and nil RBC

Since you asked us not to tell you to go to a doctor, my advice is drink a lot of water. Drink 8 oz. of it every hour. If anything short of medicine can help, this will.

Well first you need to use your spell check button. Second it sounds like a STD and you do need to go to a doctor to get medicine.
Pain is the body's way of saying something is wrong. If you have an irritation of the urethra you are going to have pain upon urination. Could be kidneys stones, could be a bladder infection in the early stages. Could be from some sort of STD.
Sorry, but going to the doctor is the best advice/opinion I can give you. If you have been to the doctor and they did a full urine analysis, maybe you need another one...or maybe you need another doctor. Something is wrong.
