What you can do for him is be you! Tell him how much you appreciate him and love him ect and if he doesnt appreciate that then hes not worth it.
Ok, then get some therapy to help your insecurity or guilt or whatever it is that you are not saying. Be mentally and emotionally healthy for the relationship.

If he is making you feel guilty for not wanting to do whatever it is he's asking you to do, it is your right to say no. Stick to your guns! He's not a very nice person if he's causing you to feel bad.
He can "DO" for himself!
