Does milk make you grow taller?!
Question: I have been addicted to milk my whole life. I am 13 years old and 6'2" and weigh 160lb. I have always been projected to be tall but not this tall so young. I drink usually 5-7 glasses of mlik each day. Will it make me grow even taller?
I'm supposed to be around 6'5" when i grow up but now it is looking more like 6'8". I am 2 inches taller than my father.

it contains calcium which strengthens the bones
I don't think it makes you taller but makes your bones healthy and strong. Also good teeth.
of course cause calcium makes you grow al lot ..im addictedalso to milk and i grew al lot
It is good for your bones, which is needed for growth.
