All depends on time sometimes we wipe sometime no all depends! sick i know but there you go, oh to be a man and the for skin is a pain in the ar$e! i still have mine for the record

Good for you, You were able to use the word "Fester" in a sentence today. Im proud of you!

i pull back and clean it... and give it a lil' wiggle and shake ;)

why are u asking this question??

no besides there's no remaining pee after I finish my pee

"Fester in the foreskin" ... lol! Some previous answerers have touched on this already, but I'm sure its routine for women to have to wipe their vaginas after peeing to remove any remaining pee from "festering".
Its a personal preference - some guys wipe, some guys shake, some guys just pull the foreskin up and down a few times to get it all out.
And pulling the foreskin back or not to pee is a personal choice again. I, for example, don't.

The foreskin has an opening to which the urine flow goes through. In addition, when I grab the penis it slides back a little by itself. This has never been a problem. All it takes is about 5 to 10 seconds to pull the foreskin back and rub the head when you shower in order to keep it clean.

Being uncircumcised isn't bad, nor does it protect against HIV in developed nations. It's become a lot less common. Research:

Most uncircumcised men just let it collected with the smegma and loose pubic hairs that get trapped under the foreskin. That's part of the reason why they're unclean.
