Take vegetables frutits , fibre content food alongwith your regular food even if you are taking non veg!
Antifungal and antibiotic principles are found in the peel and pulp of fully ripe bananas. The antibiotic acts against Mycobacteria. A fungicide in the peel and pulp of green fruits is active against a fungus disease of tomato plants. Norepinephrine, dopamine, and serotonin are also present in the ripe peel and pulp. The first two elevate blood pressure. serotonin inhibits gastric secretion and stimulates the smooth muscle of the intestines.
Bananas are good source of potassium,Vitamin C and dietary fiber.
Bananas are excellent source of vitamin B6 .
Fibers in bananas are helpful to regulate bowel movement.
Cavendish is the popular yellow banana. In Tamil the banana is called as Poovan and is the best item for good digestion.
The correct name for this cultivar is Musa (AAA group) 'Dwarf Cavendish'. This plant is a female-sterile triploid cultivar of banana derived from Musa acuminata.
Try to take them daily and if you are not getting movements of the bowels , better consult a gastroenterologist!

Yes, I think you should see the doctor immediately. That is bad. In the meantime try eating some prunes which you can pick up at the nearest supermarket.

yes are he could get really sick and die because it could just be stuck

Try MIRALAX works like a dream, then have him take a fiber supplement daily, like metamucil or benefiber.

yes definately. Bet he eats a lot of bread. If he stops eating bread he will never have the problem again. dont believe me ? Try it.

That is not natural. BM should happen each time a meal is consumed. There are LOTS of over the counter products to assist with constipation. If this is a first, try some of them, if this is chronic, (happens more than once a month...), go to the doctor, they can prescribe maintenance medication that can alleviate that.

ask him not to ignore any small bowel movement
drink fruit juice 2glasses after 1hour 2glasses again and again
yes it will work

Your "Friend" should try ex lax or dulcolax and make sure to eat a high fiber diet in the future.

4 days is a lot of days. tell your friend to take a fiber supplement like metamucil. that should make it happen. if not....

you can take some laxatives like (ex-lax) its little chocolate. it will work for sure in about 2 hours. but it will have your friend running to the bathroom.

if it doesnt happen (which would be strange because it should work) your friend should go to the doctor.

Is this normal for him? Sometimes people don't have a bowel movement every day. 4 days is not normal or healthy.
He definately should talk to his doctor about this. He could have some serious problems. The longer feces stays in the body, the higher the risk of cancer is.
Tell him to get help soon.

normal bowel movement is three times a day up to once in every three days so your friend definitely needs to seek medical advice...
this could help in the meantime - prunes, corn on the cob, raisins, freshly cooked vegetables (espcially those with high fibers in it).
hope this helps

This is not as uncommon as you might think, I personally have gone 9 days without one, However it is miserable.. Tell you friend to eat lots of fruit ( not bananas or apples ) melon is great, also he/she might wast to get a stool softener & drink lots of water.

this is of course presumming your friend has not had a recent injury to his/her abdomen or rectal area, If that is the case yes see a doctor.

What does he eat Fast food and junk can be a factor if there were more fruts and vegetables added into the diet he may be more normal if not Doctor time

curtdude

Use a search engine and look up "Enema". Then share the information with "your friend"

tell him to drink about a tablespoon of castor oil that will do the trick he'll be going all day

He could visit the pharmacist fist and get some medicine to get him moving again .
If this is just a one off then that is not a major issue , however if it recurs he should consult his GP.
But in all probability he is not getting sufficient roughage in his diet , so he need to look carefully at his food and water intake

See a doctor. If you can get Sat Isabgol take at night with hot milk. Ask him to drink 5/6 glasses of water and strech both hand above his head and walk on your toes. many other remidies can be tried.

i saw on tv that some people can go up to a week with out going to the toilet (#2) if it it's longer that i'd make him go to the doctors.
