you might. i am not sure. if you need someone helpful to talk to, instant message me. i am online now and will help if i can. i know these kinds of things can be embarassing and as you know from the first answer, not everyone is going to take it seriously. good luck.

clearly, you don't get enough sex

you numb nutz!

Nasty!!! go to a doctor!

oww tht would hurt

go to a doctor!

dude! Go to the Dr.

Go to a physician. If it is immobile and hard and not at the top of your scrotum, then it could be a variety of things. However, it could also be your epididymis, which is 100% normal.

There is a vein on your balls that seems like a lump. It could be that too, but the only way to know is to see a doctor.

No., You need to go to your doctor to have it checked out. It may be nothing, but you won't know if you sit on the computer.

maybe its just a zit.

keep it out of strange and unusual places next time

thats definitely one of your balls, buddy.

Well you should see a doctor. some cyst go away and then keep coming back. You should really talk to your doctor.

Nope, guessing is not the way..go see a dr to get the answer.

Go to a dr. At least hit WebMd to see if anybody else has a similar problem. It's probably a zit or a cyst.

Im a doctor so dont be imbaressed i get these cases al the time!!!Youprobaply just have a emaloxipy imbalance

It could be an ingrown hair or something infected. Go see a doctor. I know it sucks to have a doctor look at your balls, but us girls lay on a table once a year with our goodies airing out, so doctors are use to it. Your family doctor will help you. If it is infected, you need to get it taken care of now. My friend had a cyst there and he didn't have surgery, it went away with medicine.

go visit the doctor and get yourself checked out

It could possibly be a staph infection. I had one once and it turned into a cyst like knot the size of a golf ball, and it was awful! but antibiotics cleared it right up. I also had a smaller place on my knee that was also staph. All it takes to get a staph infection is a small cut or abrasion that lets it in. We all have a certain amt. of staph on our skin anyways so it's easy to get. Not to mention sometimes there are outbreaks and it goes from person to person in locker rooms and such. So have it checked out.

Umm dude, instead of ******* around asking the internet for help, you should get to a doctor before it causes sterility or you loose your ball. Usually when someone has a hurting lump anywhere there wasn't a lump before, thats a bad sign.

Well, first and foremost I'm not a medical professional, so please take my advice with a grain of salt. That said, based on what I know, it could be one of several things including:

1) Testicular cancer
2) A benign cyst
3) A tangle of veins
4) A normal part of the testicle which you may not have noticed before.

I know you may be hesitant to see a doctor; it's an awkward subject to bring up. However, I must make a strong recommendation that you suck it up, and go tell your doctor as soon as possible. Tell you parents (if that's an issue) that you have to go for a sports physical or something, but go ASAP. Usually the general rule of thumb is if a lump appears on your testicle(s), get medical attention fast, since if it's testicular cancer you need to do a biopsy, and prevent it from spreading to other organ systems and ultimately the brain if it is malignant.

Best of luck.

Get it checked by a doctor ASAP.....I thought I had a cyst only to be told when checked that it was cancer....not the kind of thing you want to wait around for.
