When will I get stubble?!

Question: Im 15 and have been shaving for about 7 months. After i shave my facial hair is kind of stubbly but that goes away fast. How much longer till ill start growing real stubble. About When will I have to start shaving everyday (I shave bout once/ twice a week now)... How long till it grows in as whiskers?

when it does you won't want it because you will not have time to shave everyday like you want then you be looking like a jack *** with all your hair on your face than on your head
