Will i still grow??!

Question: im a 5 foot tall 16 yr old boy. the doctor said my bones were 'closed' and i may not grow anymore. are there anyways to help me still (by a small chance) grow tallrer??

do not worry. worrying shall only worsen your current situation. Yes, perhaps you might have a bone formation problem, but you should try to defy what this doctor has told you. drink a lot of milk with vit. D every day. this promotes bone growth and can help you get taller.

you cant do anything about it besides your body hasn't fully developed yet......men stop growing at 21
