you might have a urinary track infections. go and see a doctor for antibiotic prescription
You don't give a lot of detail . e.g your age and the type of discharge and when it happens .
If you are a young guy and this happens when you become aroused and it is a clear sticky fluid , this is precum which is secreted when highly aroused
If you have not had sex with anyone else it is not and STD , so the only other things it could be is a urinary tract infection which would need an antibiotic from your GP
get thee to the doctor, get tested for disease and urinary tract infections. And masturbate with rubber gloves on only.
