Guys don't generally do what you describe. They may relax a bit to not ejaculate, but once it is the point of no return, it is really dangerous to squeeze the penis or some other way to keep the ejaculation from happening, and can cause serious internal damage to the male plumbing.

Never done it....don't see any reason to....but there is a way to prolong the feeling of when you are just about to come....when a guy stops or slows down as he is just about to come then that feeling like as if you're about to explode lasts longer and gives a more intense orgasm.
