I am a 13 year old girl, and personally, I don't care about the size. I mean, if your big, then fine. If your small, then fine. I don't judge like that. It really doesn't matter, boy.

You are 13. Still young and have most of puberty in front of you. This means that there is plenty of time for you to grow and develop properly.
The chances are high that you are gonna end up average anyways, not many people don't (that's about 6" or 7" erect).
By the time you have intercourse, you will be more older and your penis will have grown then anyways.

Well, first of all. You are only 13. Therefore you are just starting puberty and your body has a lot of development left, untill you are grown up. Also you areaverage for your age, meaning that presumably, as you get older you will continue to be average.
I personally do not think size matters. I care about the person themselvs, not th size of thee penis, that would be shallow.
