Ab workout.?!


Question: so every other night i do 300 situps and 60 leg lifts. when i flex i do have a six pack but when i dont theres nothing there. is there anything im doing wrong or anything else i can do to make them better and visible when i dont flex.

Keep doing what you are doing.. don't forget to do your obliques .. twisting crunches... and remember that you need a very low bdy fat for visible abs... so stay away from pizza.

Just a muscle treat em the same. Breathe right and concentrated repetitions and you'll find by the 4-5 set you'll be hurting.

stop wat ur doing man ur doing too much and not enough rest
muscle needs time to recover and grow bigger and stronger
which is prob y u can only see it when u flex
lower it to 3 sets of 20 or 30 crunches every 2 days i personally dont do crunches cause i dont find them effective i forget wat they r call called but u lay down faceup and bring like up ur chest kinda like hanging leg lifts
also yea u gotta lower ur body fat lose that tummy and get lean aerobatic excersizes ups the metabolism and also helps with the growth of muscle
