Why does he do that?!
Question: i have a friend that when he falls asleep (which is alot, i think he is narcoleptic) which could be any where. on the couch, half on the floor half on the couch, in a chair etc. he sleeps with his hand(s) down his pants like he has to 'guard something'. nothing else no 'extra' action (thank god). is the a medical condtion? some kind-of head issue. i'm sure this is not a new case and this has already been diagnosed before for someone else. serious answers only please.

it just feels good to hold on to your assets . i think this is primal so no one can come and bite or cut it off it just a habit i do it all the time and my wife pulls my hand out saying i am a bad influence but we all touch the things we love so stop worrying
why dont you just ask him?
LOL i wiosh i had a friend like urs i always put my hand down my pants mabey he has his hands down his pants then falls asleep but most guys like having their hands down their pants well 4 me bacuse i enjoy it and its confortble i dont know i just enjoy it not "pleasure" enjoy but i enjoy it lol!!!!
