how old are you? You get a beard by not shaving. But if you don't even have hair on your face yet, it's not going to happen. But actually...they're not that great. Most people don't find them attractive, and they're very ichy and scratchy.

If you shave, the new hair will have darker pigments making your bread look fuller. But other than that I think its all heredity.

go to the store and buy a fake one.by the sound of your question your probably 11 and have some time before you can grow one.
Don't shave... if you're really young, I gues there isn't anything you can do, except wait... if you're old enough to have a beard but aren't growing one, I guess you could check out some hair transplant websites... so expensive though. I don't understand why you want a beard when most men I know shave theirs off. I could also suggest buying a fake one... but I don't know how you'd take that! ;-)
