Yes...it is definately possible...there is acutally a wivestale that says while the woman is pregnant with a gurl the dad gains the weight. That's just a myth but my brother in law definately gained weight when his wife was pregnant...they had a boy. But he definately wanted a kid so it was something that just happened. Good Luck!
