As long as the wound hasn't reopened you should be okay. Just put some antibiotic cream on it and try to avoid erections (somehow). But, if the stitch tore and the wound there opens a bit, go to the doctors ASAP.

I feel sorry for you, circumsision isn't all that worth it especially in your case. I would call your doctor and ask because it shouldn't really bleed

I agree call your doctor as you don't want to get infection in it. You can also get some steri strips which may help keep the wound closed.

Surgeons usually use a suture called Chromic with adult circumcisions and it is a dissolving material. If the skin edges are still meeting each other, you should be okay. You could apply a "steri-strip" to keep it in place longer just to be on the safe side. Just make sure that you put it on when you have an erection.

Erections are a difficult thing to deal with after circumcisions. There isn't much you can do to stop them. The surgeon would have made sure that there was enough skin there to allow for erections without it causing harm to the healing process.

A week or two is about the right time that the Chromic would have started to dissolve.

Whenever in doubt though, go to the source....your doctor. I would call him anyways, just to let him know.

Good luck.
