I need a six pack quick time help!?!


Question: i am aiming for a sixpack by the start of feb, im doing 50 - 150 sit ups in the morning and same at night, im gonna start going to the gym and start boxing any tips?

Dude.. easy answer- from personal experience.
Go to a Muay Thai gym and do it for 4 days a week. Eat really healthy and you dont even have to do really high reps. Getting a 6 pack is about getting really lean and not about getting big muscles like it is with bicepts or pecs. Its about burning the fat around your core. Go to a Muay Thai gym!

abs are like other muscles; they need to be pushed. its not a matter of how many reps you do. Its about pushing them until failure. Do weighted ab exercises as well as working them for 20-30 minutes every 3 days or so. They need to get the same attention that other muscles get. no more, no less.

Eating healthy and clean is probably the best way to achieve that goal. Keep working out hard, as said earlier, weighted sit ups are good. But do different variations of sit ups to hit all the muscles. Do lots of cardio and in time it will happen.

You cant just do situps to get abs. Yes you get abs, but you wont be able to see them if theres fat covering it up. Try running for a bit everyday, eating very healthy etc.

eat clean, do PLENTY of cardio, and do weighted crunches, leg lifts, etc.
