I myself am 13 and i have a couple of chest hairs and hair in other places altho i have armpit hair. My advice to you is Dont worry about it'l grow in sooner or later
Give it a year or two. I think I was around 14 or 15 when I developed armpit hair.
not at all i had the same thing, i almnost cut my pubs to put on my arm pits!!! jk lol youll grow youll be fine

Arm pit hair is usually the last to come in, but chest hair usually comes in later too.
Interesting fact: Not all men have arm pit hair.

everyone is different and unique.It all comes to genetic info you inherit fron your parents.Myself and some people I know has all the other body hairs but got their armpit hair very late at 20 or 21.So don't worry.TC
13 is the start of your new YOU--your voice will change a couple of times, you get taller or wider, you start to change mentally, physically and emotionally--NONE of this can be changed--it is all a natural thing--hair will come when it comes. Are you walking around with your arms up in the air and showing everyone you have no hair?? Listen--you are as unique as everyone else--no rule or timetable as to when you get hair and where it will come in. So relax, keep your arms down--at 18 you will use scissors to trim the hair because the hair hangs out of your shirt. So slow down and forget all this stuff,...we all were your age--we all wondered about this stuff---NATURE will give it when she is ready.
