Bicep Development Question?!


Question: hey people

i usualy do moderate weightliftin but when i tense my muscles my left arm is more developed then my right how ever i do the same ammount of lifting with each arm so what could be wrong?

My right arm has had some injurys but nothing to serious just torn muscle and a muscle tear but not bicep

It is generally true that one bicep will be larger than the other on the side of the arm that you usually use. Are you left-handed? Even if you do the same amount of weight-lifting in both arms, the rest of the day you are using one of the arms more than the other, leading to the difference you observe. You can just try lifting more on the right side to balance it out.

Muscles can develop unevenly, even though the exercises are even. Just add more reps to the other arm to bring it up even with the left.
