No, not at all. It really depends on the girl and how she fits together as a whole. Boobs are just one feature. If I appreciate a girl, I appreciate her breast, the same way I appreciate her smile, her eyes, her hands, her lips, etc....

Hey, I'm a girl and I have small boobs to maybe a little bigger than theirs but really perky I could not wear those shirts cause my nips would show a little to much...they are small but hot if you know what I mean....but the girls on those pics were beautiful and sexy, hot...not a lez but they are very pretty small boobs and all. I don't think it matters and seeing all the medical problems women with big boobs have (back aches, cancer) I'm glad I have small ones. I have not really questioned their size yet but if I did I would probably want a full B to a small C nothing bigger.

At first glance, large breasts get attention because they seem to scream "sexually active".
(I know of a relative and a girl from high school who had very large breasts and it made their lives miserable from all the attention. And breast reduction is performed more these days than breast enhancements.)
After the "Breast Assessment Glance", it's really more about the sense of humor, smile, hair that attracts me/most guys.
