Actually, it will make it bigger! No, seriously, yur penis is going to be the size it was genetcally programmed to be by your DNA at the time of your conception. Nothing you can do now to make it bigger or smaller than nature has intended for you. The only thing that could "stunt" the growth of any body part is to chop it off or bind it.
