I'm gunna give you two roads bud, take whatever option you want alright?

(1) Eat a lot, mainly healthy foods, being your size, just like I was, even eating fatty foods will help you because fat is something you, like I was am partially still am, is something we don't have. Then, work out, work out hard, cardio will make you sweat the most if you really do it right, so that'll make you lose weight if you aren't really trying to pile on by eating a lot.
Eat a lot of carbs and lift heavy; do about 5-8, or 8-12 reps 3x in each workout that you do. Meaning, if you can do another rep once you hit 12, you need to push more weight, if you can't do more than 5, than you are pushing too much weight.

Get plenty of sleep as well.

(2) Do everything that I advised above, but there are things you may also do to fasten the process.
There are supplements, powers, pills, capsles, and whatnot to help you get fast results as long as you do what I said in #1.
Go to Bodybuilding.com and check the stuff out, do research, and contact somebody on there and they will tell you what will help you.
I, to be honest, am a user of these things, I have no side effects except results. It doens't make me angry, it doesn't make me dumber...I don't lose any sleep and I actually am healthier doing each of these.

As for gaining weight, Whey Protein is great stuff, one I was advised of is Prolab N-Large II.
For working out and getting muscle/weight; is NO XPLODE, it helps you get pumped, gives you energy and helps your muscles open up for the workout.
Afterwards, Universal Torrent helps your muscles recover, gives them the food they need to grow after a good workout. And also throw a little Whey Protein in after that because it has it's purposes.
Check out Creatine as well, it's great for you as well.

Now those are your two options, I gave you both because I know #2 is expensive, that is all...Not because it may mess your head up our whatever, because it doesn't...But before doing it, make sure to talk to a physician and whatternot to make sure your body is safe to take it, because some things may not be safe for your heart if you have heart problems, or liver, etc. Just like Redbull or Monster...same reasoning.

I mean you don't have to take my advice, I'm only a Physical Training Leader over hundreds of troops in a Special Forces unit in the United States Military.

If you have any other questions, hit me up on e-mail alright?
Good luck bro.

work hard at the gym, you have to truly be dedicated

working out is the only thing i can think of you know like push ups and sit ups, lifting weights and you have to eat a lot of protein

Steroids....

just kidding, not really, just kidding; you have to hit the gym, its the only way to build muscle. Unfortunately, there is no magic pill that automatically makes you big. It takes a lot of time and hard work.

At 5'10, 120 pounds you also need to put on a lot of weight. Eat more food with lots of protein (meat, eggs) and go to your local supplement store (GNC) and buy some protein powder that is high in calories and of course, protein.

work out alot but... thats not the only thing you have to eat alot for alot of muscle lots of protien then work out once your meal is settleld as an adult try to get about 5 or 6 meals a day if you arelooking for really big but!! if you dont work out all that food will make fat and also look up how to make proiten drinks theres some good websites to just google them in
