I'd tell your rents, maybe skip the JO session with your buds, but tell them you had this terrible headache, and you want to go to the Dr. Now let the Dr. know what you were doing when this occured, again you can skip the JO with friends (although as a side note, that is very normal for young guys)
Super headaches, seizures, are not normal for a 13yr old, I don't care what your doing. So better get this checked out right away.

I think there are some bigger issues here like why you and your friends are have group masturbation sessions.

really you should ask the doctor. call him or her and let her know what is going on. i personally have had some loss of sight and some spots but that was after i was done and it was out of this world. i turned out fine. i wish that i could give you a better answer.

I say get your parents involved. From how you explained it; sounds like it was very much a siezure. During the masturbating process we tense out. This tension may be binding or constricting a nerve that in turn is causing what your experiencing. Get to a Dr. and you'll have to explain to him whats happening. This is no joke; for your health you need to do this. DON'T WAIT!
